Why does my chain skip when shifting?
Incorrect indexing, stretched shift cables or a bent derailleur hanger. We diagnose it free of charge at drop-off.
How long does a gear adjustment last?
With regular use, 1,000 to 2,000 km. New cables stretch a bit in the first weeks.
What is a derailleur hanger?
A small aluminium part on the frame designed to break in a crash to protect the derailleur. Most common cause of shifting issues after a fall.
