How do I reserve a rental bike?

Do I need a deposit?
No, we don't take a deposit. We only need a copy of your ID card or passport.
Can I rent for several days?
Yes, you can rent the bike for several consecutive days. The price is €15 per calendar day.
What's included in the price?
The €15 per day rate includes a quality lock. The bike is in like-new condition and checked before every rental.
Which bikes do you rent?
We rent only like-new bikes — well-equipped city bikes ideal for Berlin.
When can I pick the bike up?
Rental bikes are available Mon–Sat 9am–9pm. A calendar day runs from pickup until 9pm the same day.
What if I get a flat tyre or another problem during the rental?
All rental bikes are handed over fully functional and checked. If you get a flat tyre or run into another problem while out riding, just contact us (phone or WhatsApp) or come by the shop — damage, repairs or loss of the bike during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
