In our bike workshop in Berlin-Kreuzberg we handle all mechanical work on e-bikes. Important: we do not perform software diagnostics, battery checks or motor repairs.

Yes, for all mechanical work. If unsure, just give us a quick call.
Why do e-bike components wear out faster?
The motor assists up to 25 km/h, which makes the chain wear 30–50 % faster than on a regular bike.
How often should an e-bike come in for service?
At least once a year, with heavy use every 6 months. Check chain and brake pads every 1,000 km.
Which e-bike brands do you repair?
All mechanical components of every brand — Bosch, Shimano Steps, Yamaha, Brose, Fazua. Software and electronics we refer to authorised dealers.
What does an e-bike service cost?
Brake adjustment from €10 per brake, mechanical inspection from €35, chain replacement from €45 incl. chain, chain and cassette together from €70. Fixed price after diagnosis.
